Do people even care about family any more? 🤷♀️
Does a 'Family-run' business still hold the same respect and attraction? 🧲
Not all families are created equally, I totally get it ✅
A lot of people say a huge red flag is when a company says "We're like a family" 🚩
But what about an actual family, working together, succeeding and making a difference with a shared goal? 🎯
Do you even care? Would it be a ✅ or 🤷♀️
I am so proud to say that Blue Bull Recruitment Ltd is a family business 🥰
It's myself and my 17 year old son Charlie Nicholson with the support of my husband and creative genius of my other 2 children 🙌
If you work in hospitality in and around Manchester, Cheshire and Chester, you may have seen or met Charlie as he loves going out, getting stuck in with face to face meetings and introducing himself 🗣️
We make our business work for us and for you - we work with a lot of hospitality companies who don't work a traditional 9-5 so we don't, but that suits us better!
I'm currently sat at an ice rink (have been here since 6am) and Charlie will be training tonight until very late so we have the flexibility to pick up from each other and support our clients and candidates at times to suit them 🕰️
❓Do you value working with a family-run business?
❓Do you even care as long as a good job is done?
Would you support and encourage a young person who came to your business to introduce themselves or are they just another cold caller?
